Due to the nature of magic products, we may refuse to return/exchange physical items. No refunds are offered for downloadable products.
In the case of some Books / DVD’s, we may, at our complete discretion, opt to only offer an exchange for the same product should it be found faulty, or not as advertised.
You have 10 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will generally only be issued due to a fault with the product. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Once we receive your item, you will be notified. We will then update you on the status of your return request as required. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You the funds will be available in your account within an acceptable number of days, determined by your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Additional insurance and tracking will be at your own cost. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Your Card Magic is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after your order has been posted and left our facilities. Please contact Australia Post directly regarding issues with the delivery of your order.
