Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post Parcel Services. Postage costs are calculated during checkout.

Tracking information will be attached to your order when available. Once an item is shipped from our offices, it will arrive as per timeframes outlined by the postal company or shipping service. Your Card Magic is not responsible for delays from these services.

Expected Delivery Times

Internally stocked items: 
Approx. 2-5 Business Days We endeavour to post items within one business day of an order being placed. If we have an item in stock, it will be packaged sent from our offices by the next business day.

Externally stocked items: Approx. 5-10 Business Days
Due to the wide range of products on offer, not everything is available to ship directly from our offices. Some items listed as in stock may still need to be ordered from external suppliers and this increases the expected delivery time. Please feel free to contact us for more information about your order.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup available by prior arrangement from multiple locations around Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs. To request local pickup during check out type the code “52PICKUP”. This code will remove the shipping cost from the total and stop your order from being posted so that it can be collected.

Clothing and Merchandise:
Clothing and merchandise products are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer and will incur a separate shipping fee. Shipping promotions and offers do not apply to these items.
